The nutritional products offered on our website pose no health risks. However, if for any reason you wish to return any of our products, you must do so under the following conditions:

  • Within 8 days from the date you received your product.
  • The product must not have been consumed by more than 50%.
  • Before returning the product, please call our toll-free number 1-800-201-1147 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be written on the outside of the return box.
  • The total value of the returned product must not exceed $100, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Once we receive the product, it will be inspected and if it meets the above conditions, you will receive a refund to the card you used when you made the purchase.

The refund will be made minus handling and shipping costs.

We cannot issue a refund on returned merchandise unless it meets the conditions mentioned above.

  • Only one product exchange is allowed per order.
